If you don’t pick up or the line is busy, the call goes to the assistant. You keep your number.
Books, changes and cancels appointments
During the call, in your Google Calendar, just like the WhatsApp assistant.
Sends you a summary
When the call ends, you get who called and what they wanted, by WhatsApp or email.
Passes on the sensitive stuff
If needed, it transfers the call to you or takes a message.
Spanish and Catalan
It understands and answers in the caller’s language.
Introduces itself as a virtual assistant
It says so at the start of the call. Nobody is misled.
